  G+M construction division plans and develops premises upon request - from high-grade developments which encompass all trades to self-contained superstructures – everywhere in Germany!

  Our range of services include making a basic evaluation and carrying out feasibility analyses, as well as determining alternatives and costs. Obviously, we will obtain all the official approvals required for the construction projects, and draw up the plans required in order to obtain them - from the external facilities to the cytostatica area. We take responsibility for planning the necessary superstructures down to the last minute detail regarding the design of the interior, while our engineers carry out binding static calculations and test statistics.

  And in the case of larger investment volumes, as general contractors we take on the handling of both the new developments and conversions, which includes designing the facades and external shop signs, involving all trades. G+M Projektbau: You can rely on us!
